3. Payment Service Provider

Payment and escrow services are provided by Trustap (Cork, Ireland, trustap.com), operating in partnership with Stripe, a regulated Payment Service Provider under the European Payment Services Directive (DSP2 — Directive 2015/2366/EU). Funds are held in segregated, dedicated accounts separate from Kinkoza's operating funds, in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. All transactions are subject to strict AML/KYC protocols.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Kinkoza" trademark, logo, interface, texts and all website elements are protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Certified assets presented on the platform are the property of their respective sellers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kinkoza makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on the platform. However, Kinkoza cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of information published by sellers. Kinkoza shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or inability to access it.

6. Governing Law

These legal notices are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, subject to mandatory rules of applicable law.

7. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, Kinkoza offers an internal mediation procedure (see Terms of Sale article 3.3). Failing amicable resolution, the dispute may be submitted to the Tallinn Mediation and Arbitration Centre or any other accredited out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
